Taking a complex process and making it easy: Create them in a split second

A small number of colleges are Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges (SOC) Network Colleges, (actually, around 1/2 of 1% of the colleges in this nation are SOC Network Colleges). Unlike SOC Consortium general members, these appx. 175 colleges bear the burden of reporting to SOC the support they are providing to military students. SOC insists that these Network Colleges send in SOC Student Agreements and provides them with a Excel spreadsheet to do so. This creates quite a lot of work for the Network Colleges, as they have to track the source of credit applied to each requirement of the degrees and list the totals in the columns on the forms. Our system is designed to create ready-fo-signature SOC Student Agreements with the click of a button, making the task a quick and simple process. (Note: SOC asked for us to convey to the public that we are not partnered with them in this initiative and did this on our own. Actually, before Dr. Steven Kime retired a few years ago, he approached the Board of Directors of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities and asked if they could bring us on as a part of their team. The Board turned down his request, stating that the charter establishing SOC in 1972 did not include a requirement for degree planning support. We are certain the Network Colleges would have appreciated the support, but that was their decision.)
